When is check-out?
Check-out is possible until 10:00 am on the day of departure. A later check-out is possible at an extra charge and subject to availability – please contact us in good time.
My phone has run out of battery – what should I do?
If your phone has run out of battery, please use the restaurant entrance. From there you can access the entrance area, where you can create a new room card at the kiosk.
I have lost my digital key – what should I do?
If you can no longer find your digital key, please contact us by email or phone. Alternatively, you can use the kiosk in the entrance area to create a new key.
How often will my room be cleaned?
Your privacy is our priority. Your room will be cleaned regularly every seven days. If you wish, you can request more frequent cleaning for a small surcharge.

Yes, from Monday to Friday you can book breakfast for an additional charge – either at the time of booking your room or later. Over the weekend, there are numerous bakeries and supermarkets in the area that offer breakfast.
